Cancel Ticket
If you have a confirmed ticket booked through www.shohoz.com, please enter your ticket PNR and the mobile number you used during ticket purchase.
In case you have reserved a ticket through bKash or opted for Cash on Delivery, and you want to cancel it, don't worry, it would be cancelled automatically due to non-receipt of payment.

How long does it take to receive refunds?
For bKash: The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
For card or internet banking/ Other MFS: The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Note: If the customer did not get the refund within the mentioned timeline, they are requested to call 16374 or mail us at info@shohoz.com.
